Best eSIM for Bermuda (2026): Airalo vs Saily vs Holafly vs OneComm Tourist eSIM
This guide is general information, not legal, immigration or tax advice. Some links may be affiliate links. See our disclosure.
If your phone supports eSIM, you can have data the moment you land in Bermuda without paying UK roaming rates. There are two kinds of option: international eSIM apps (Airalo, Saily, Holafly and others), which you set up before you fly, and One Communications’ local Tourist eSIM, which comes with a Bermuda phone number. Here’s how their published prices compare.
All prices are in US dollars, as listed on each provider’s site when we checked (12 October 2026). They change often, so confirm at checkout. We earn a commission if you buy Airalo through our link, at no extra cost to you. That doesn’t change the comparison below.

What the numbers tell you
- On price per GB, the local OneComm eSIM is hard to beat. 25GB for $50 over 30 days works out at $2/GB. The international fixed-data plans above cost roughly $3.90–6.50/GB.
- OneComm includes a local number and unlimited local calls and texts. That’s handy for taxis, restaurants and booking viewings. Most international eSIMs are data-only.
- OneComm has catches. It only activates once you’re connected to the One network in Bermuda, you need Wi-Fi to download and install it, and if your data runs out the whole pack, including calls, expires (onecomm.bm).
- International apps are easier before you leave. You install them at home and they connect as soon as you land. Airalo also sells a Caribbean regional eSIM and a global eSIM (airalo.com), which may suit you if Bermuda is one stop on a longer trip.
- Holafly’s unlimited plans are expensive for long stays: $111.90 for 30 days.
Our picks
- Weekend or short trip, mostly maps and messages: Airalo 1GB ($6.50) or Saily 1GB ($6.29). Or OneComm’s 3-day plan ($7) if you’re happy to install it on arrival Wi-Fi.
- One-week trip: OneComm 7 days/5GB ($20) gives the most data and a local number. If you’d rather it all worked before you land, try Airalo (affiliate link) 5GB.
- Recce trip before moving: OneComm, so agents and landlords have a local number to call. See visiting before you move.
- Heavy streamer or hotspotting a laptop: OneComm 30 days/25GB, or Holafly unlimited if you really need unlimited.
- Moving to Bermuda: use an eSIM for your first days, then get a monthly plan. Paradise Mobile lists plans from $73 a month (paradisemobile.bm). See phones, eSIMs and internet.
Before you buy

- Keep your UK SIM active for bank security texts, and turn off data roaming on it.
- Check refund terms. OneComm plans are non-refundable once activated (onecomm.bm).
FAQ
Will my UK network work in Bermuda? Probably, but roaming outside Europe is often expensive. Check your network’s price list.
Do eSIMs work everywhere on the island? OneComm advertises island-wide coverage on its own network (onecomm.bm). International eSIMs use local networks under agreements. Check each provider’s network details.
Can I use two eSIMs? Many newer phones support two active lines, for example your UK eSIM plus a Bermuda eSIM. OneComm notes that the iPhone 13 and newer support dual eSIM (onecomm.bm).
